الأب المونسنيور ثائر عبد المسيح شيخ ولد في بغداد في 29/03/1977 دخل الدير الكهنوتي (قسم الصغار) في بغداد سنة 1991 وبعد إتمام دراسته المتوسطة والاعدادية دخل الدير الكنهوتي (قسم الكبار) سنة 2006 ..في منطقة الميكانيك في بغداد وبعدها 04/11/2001 رسم شماساً إنجيليا في الدير الكهنوتي تحضيرا للرسامة الكهنوتية 11/01/2002 رسم كاهنا في بغداد 24/06/2002 تخرج من كلية بابل الحبرية في بغداد بدرجة بكالوريوس للفلسفة واللاهوت 01/08/2002 تعيين ككاهن للرعية في كنيسة الحكمة الإلهية في منطقة الصليخ في بغداد ومعاونا لمدير السمنير في دير الرسولين (قسم الصغار) 01/05/2005 تعيين ككاهن للرعية في كنيسة الثالوث الأقدس في منطقة الحبيبية 01/08/2009 تعيين ككاهن للرعية في كنيسة القلب الأقدس في منطقة الكرادة حي الوحدة 01/05/2006 تعيين كمدير للمعهد التثقيفي في بغداد 01/08/2009 بعث لإكمال دراسته في معهد الشرقي للآباء اليسوعيين في روما – إيطاليا 15/10/2012 حصل على شهادة الماجستير في الحق القانوني معهد الشرقي للآباء اليسوعيين في روما وعاد للخدمة الرعوية في بغداد 01/04/2013 تعيين ككاهن في كنيسة القلب الأقدس ومدير المعهد التثقيفي في بغداد ومحاضرا في مادة القانون الكنسي في كلية بابل الحبرية للفلسفة واللاهوت في العراق، كما شغل منصب قاضي في محكمة البداءة الكنسية الكاثوليكية الموحدة. وبعدها رئيس محكمة الاستئناف الكنسية الكاثوليكية الموحدة محاضر في دورة اعداد المخطوبين 01/10/2018 تعيين ككاهن للرعية في كنيسة مريم العذراء حافظة الزروع في مدينة ملبورن الأسترالية 18/10/2019 اقتبل الرسامة الخور أسقفية في كنيسة مريم العذراء حافظة الزروع في ملبورن يتكلم الاب ثائر أربع لغات (العربية والكلدانية والايطالية والانكليزية) _____________________________________________________________ 04/11/2001 Ordained as an Evangelical Deacon in the Priestly Monastery in preparation for priestly ordination 11/01/2002 Ordained as a Priest in Baghdad 24/06/2002 Graduated from the Pontifical Babylon College in Baghdad with a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and Theology 01/08/2002 Appointed as a parish priest in the Church of Divine Wisdom in the Al-Salihiyah area in Baghdad and an assistant to the director of the seminary in the Monastery of the Two Apostles (Children’s Section) 01/05/2005 Appointed as a parish priest in the Church of the Holy Trinity in the Al-Habibiyah area 01/08/2009 Appointed as a parish priest in the Church of the Sacred Heart in the Al-Karrada area, Al-Wahda neighborhood 01/05/2006 Appointed as Director of the Educational Institute in Baghdad 01/08/2009 Sent to complete his studies at the Eastern Institute of the Jesuit Fathers in Rome - Italy 15/10/2012 Obtained Master's degree in Legal Law, Jesuit Institute of the East in Rome, and returned to pastoral service in Baghdad 01/04/2013 Appointed as a priest in the Church of the Sacred Heart and Director of the Educational Institute in Baghdad and a lecturer in Canon Law at the Pontifical College of Babylon for Philosophy and Theology in Iraq, and also served as a judge in the Unified Catholic Church Court of First Instance.
