خدم في دير النصر في الحي العربي في الموصل لسنوات عدة
خدم كخوري في كنيسة الروح القدس في عام 1998 – 2002
وكمساعد كسكرتير للمطران في مقر مطرانية الموصل ومساعد لخدمة كنيسة مار بولص، والأمور الراعوية لكنيسة مسكنتة حتى عام 2003
عضو في لجنة الدورة التثقيفية لإعداد المخطوبين ثم رئيسا لها منذ عام 2006
مرشد روحي لخدمة السجناء في الموصل منذ عام 1997 وحتى عام 2005
خدم كمساعد كاهن في كنيسة مار كوركيس في ملبورن منذ عام 2017 – 2022
رئيس لجنة إعداد المخطوبين منذ عام 2019 وحتى الان
وحاليا يخدم ككاهن مساعد في كنيسة مريم العذراء حافظة الزروع في ملبورن منذ عام 2022

Born in Mosul on 01/03/1956
Studied at the Mosul Seminary from 1967 to 1976
Ordained a priest at the Cathedral of Miskinta on December 8, 1991
Graduated from the College of Agriculture and Forestry in 1980, majoring in forestry
Served as an assistant to Fr. Yuhanna Issa at the Church of the Virgin Mary from 1992 to 1993
Served as a pastor at St. Joseph’s Church in the neighborhoods of Al-Zuhur, Al-Muharibeen, and Al-Tahrir from 1993 to 1998
Served at the Victory Monastery in the Arab Quarter of Mosul for several years
Served as a pastor at the Church of the Holy Spirit from 1998 to 2002
Also served as an assistant secretary to the bishop at the Mosul diocese and as an assistant for the service of St. Paul’s Church and pastoral matters for Miskinta until 2003
Member of the Educational Committee for Engaged Couples and then became the president since 2006
Spiritual advisor for the prison ministry in Mosul from 1997 to 2005
Served as an assistant priest at St. George’s Church in Melbourne from 2017 to 2022
President of the Family Committee for Engaged Couples since 2019 until now
Currently serves as an assistant priest at the Church of Our Lady Guardian of Plants, in Melbourne since 2022
Current Responsibilities:
– Head of the Family Committee in the Diocese of St. Thomas the Apostle in Australia and New Zealand – Spiritual advisor for the Sacred Heart Brotherhood – Spiritual advisor for prayer groups held in homes in Melbourne at the request of the faithful families
Fr. Jalil Mansour is fluent in Arabic, Chaldean, French, and English.
